The Social Type was founded by paper and design enthusiasts Allison Brennan & Jessica Tree in Atwater Village, CA. They first launched their own line of foil pressed greeting cards in 2010, and have since expanded into other paper goods and their popular matchboxes.

Card design has been hand-drawn, scanned, and printed digitally. Cards is blank inside. Handmade in the South Bay!

This seed paper is made of a biodegradable eco-paper created with post-consumer materials - no trees harmed for this paper!  When planted, our envelopes compost away leaving only flowers behind.
