Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. We ship using either UPS or USPS, and shipping can take up to 5 business days from date of shipment, but often arrives sooner. Sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free on orders of $100 or more. An additional charge of $10 will apply for items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Sorry, but at this time we do not ship internationally. If for any reason we are out of stock on an item you have selected, you willbe notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.
Orders up to $50 - $4.95 shipping
Orders $50-60 - $5.95 shipping
Orders $60-70 - $6.95 shipping
Orders $70-80 - $7.95 shipping
Orders $80-90 - $8.95 shipping
Orders $90-100 - $9.95 shipping
Orders over $100 - FREE shipping
We offer in-store pickup at our Hermosa Beach shop & cafe. Please give us 48 hours to get your order ready - or give us a call at 310-376-8744 if you need it sooner.
When checking out online, please type PICKUP in the Comments box and let us know when you need your order ready. Any shipping charges incurred for credit card authorization will be refunded before card is ultimately charged. Please bring a printed copy of the confirmation of your order and a valid form of identification, a driver’s license will do.
Please note: gift wrap is complimentary for in-store pickup. Just let us know what you'd like wrapped in the Comments box at checkout.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for store credit, less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) was received. Please note that all items discounted by 40% or more are final sale. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
